5 Most Powerful Wellness Products

Image via WikipediaAs a wellness coach, I find myself talking about 5 products over and over.  This post is an attempt to save my voice.  (Hahahaha!)  I will still talk about these products because they are they deserve to be known about.

All 5 of these products have the potential to help anyone and Everyone gain control over their health.

Pure Synergy  This is a bottle of BAM for your health.  I use this daily.  This green powder drink has made such an incredible difference in my own personal health that I go Nowhere without it.

If mineral absorption is a concern of yours (and it should be everyone's in my opinion) this is a key product to your personal health.

I mix this with orange juice in the morning.  My kids mix it with grape juice or apple juice.  There is no bitter taste and it lends a nice flavor to all the juices and mixes well with all of them for simplicity.

Sometimes I use Pure Synergy - 354 grams (12.5 oz) in morning smoothies after my workout with an avocado, fresh greens, nut milk, and a little pure vanilla extract that I make myself.  It is a complete meal in a glass that is vegan, raw, and Powerful with mushrooms for a complete Vit D overhaul.

Note:  I have heard feedback that this can be too stimulating for some people.  If you are sensitive to caffeine or herbal stimulants, please avoid this one and try the next product!

Vitamineral Green  This is the whole food supplement I began my daily green drink with.  This is a Great product by a Great company.  While it doesn't have the full minerals that Pure Synergy has above, it also lacks the stimulants that some cannot use.  Pairing this product with the next product will give you the same BAM as the first product!

Again, I used this in orange juice.  It mixes very well with citrus juices but not so well with other lighter juices like apple or grape.  It will be a little lumpy, but not distasteful if you use a lighter weight juice.

You can always make a morning smoothie and it will have the same benefits without the lumps!

Vitamineral Earth  Pairing the Vitamineral Green and the Earth is necessary to fulfill the complete nutritional profile.  When I first began the earth, I had Immediate results.  Women in particular, the health of our monthly cycle is dependent upon great mineral absorption.  Every complaint I had from cramps to heavy bleeding, disappeared after using this.  (TMI?)  Hahahaha.

I use this with the Vitamineral Green, mixing both in one glass of juice or one smoothie.

Organic India Triphala  This is a product that I will never live without, just like the Pure Synergy.  Triphala, for those of you unfamiliar with it, is a blend of Ayurvedic herbs that are used for gentle detoxification.

I have lived with Lyme Disease for years, and this product stopped all my arthritis pain and helped my body heal the bumps and growths that arthritis cause.  No joke.  I have a bottle of Triphala sitting on my desk.  I've used Triphala for years, every day, and I will never be without it.

Now Triphala works GREAT in conjunction with yoga!  You don't have to do yoga to see the benefits of this product. It will work with or without yoga.

Nopalea  This is a new product that I've recently begun exploring.  I am seriously impressed.  Pacific NW winters can leave much to be desired for my sinus health, and I have had NO issues since using this product.

Nopalea is from a desert cactus and is used for chronic inflammation.  It is produced by the company TriVita, which has many other products that I'll be exploring.

If you have ANY kind of inflammatory disease, chronic or mild, this simple drink could make ALL the difference.  It is absolutely worth checking out!
