This a sad, sad cycle and I hope this post sheds a little light on the cycle of inflammatory disease.
There are easy, actionable steps that Anyone can do to heal their inflammation and get on the path to health. Taking responsibility for your health isn't as scary as it sounds.

*Gentle exercise (yoga, tai chi, walking)
*Eliminate toxins (sauna, salt baths)
*Drink more water
*Learn to cook healthy meals and snacks
*Use proper supplements
*Avoid high pH foods (sugar, carbs, processed)
*Limit animal proteins and fats
*Meditate to reduce stress
*Live a life of purpose and passion
*Stay active
*Eat more live, raw foods (promotes digestion)

Thanks a bunch for this a doctor on Dr. OZ yesterday was touching on inflammation etc and I was curious on the details thank you!
Huh... no kidding. That is some pretty awesome timing! I'll be writing a follow up of more specific things one can do to combat inflammation in the coming days.
